Nobbi Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between you, a user of the Nobbi app ("Nobbi"), and [OPERATOR NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we"), who provides Nobbi. By using the app you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the app. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

2. The service

Nobbi lets parents and authorised caregivers keep baby/child care records (feeding, diapers, sleep, medication/supplements, measurements, health records, notes, reminders), share them with family members, receive notifications/widgets/Live Activities, and send mini photos within the family. Records are stored on a Supabase server in Europe (Frankfurt); details are in the Privacy Policy.

3. Not medical advice

Nobbi is a recording and reminder tool. It gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation and is no substitute for them; values in the app are not interpreted. If you are worried, talk to your doctor. In an emergency call your local emergency number. Do not rely solely on reminders or notifications; delays or non-delivery can occur.

4. Who may use Nobbi

Nobbi is for adult parents and authorised caregivers and is not directed at children. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] to create an account. When you enter information about a child you state that you are the child's parent or legal guardian or are authorised to do so.

5. Account and family roles

• You sign in with Apple [if email-code sign-in is enabled: or with an email code]. You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Family members are admins, caregivers or viewers. An admin can add and remove members and set roles; caregivers and admins can enter records, viewers can only view. Invitations use links that expire.
• Before you enter information about other people (such as the name you type when inviting someone, or relationship labels), you are responsible for informing them.

6. Content and acceptable use

The records, notes and photos you enter are your content; you allow us to use them only as needed to provide the service (store, deliver to your family members, sync). Do not: share unlawful, harmful, harassing or child-endangering content; access another person's account without authorisation; disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it. Mini photos are for your family only. You can report an inappropriate photo with Report and block a person with Block. A photo you report reaches our support team in decrypted form with your consent (Privacy Policy section 5). We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Privacy

How we process your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. No ads; data is not sold. Nothing about your child is sent to cloud AI.

8. Free version, Nobbi Plus and payments

This version has no purchases and all features are open to everyone; features and limits may change later. 9. Closing and deleting your account

An account-deletion request completes at the earliest 15 days after confirmation; you can cancel by signing in again during that time. If other members remain in a shared family, the content of the records you entered stays as shared family data; see Privacy Policy section 8. 10. Service, changes and availability

We provide the service "as is" and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Records entered offline wait on the phone and are sent when a connection returns. 11. Limitation of liability

Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, for loss of data, or for decisions made on the basis of the records. [Scope of the limit and consumer rights: LAWYER]

12. Changes to these terms

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
